Thanks Tinashe! When I love a book, I want everyone to read it so we can all discuss!

Loved this book too and the backstory about the couple at the mall. Really would love to see it make its way onto the screen!

Yes to a movie version! Or even a min-series so everything fits in.

Just added it to my library hold. Can’t wait to read it. I just finished listening to All the colors of the dark. It was long but so encompassing. Recommend highly in audio version.

Just looked up All the Colors of the Dark. It looks good, I’m about to pick it up, but the paperback one. For some reason I just can’t get into fiction in audio. I’m totally fine with audio non-fiction though.

Beautiful review :)

I'm dying to read this book. I saw it at B&N bookstore and considered it and then got cheap but also to Francesca's point was mindful of my "mountain of books". I'll add to that mountain. Maybe it'll topple the whole thing over and be what's left standing and make that decision for me. I'm so relationship-oriented with my writing and thinking so this one I think would be fantastic.

You’ll love it! It’s so good! I over-spent on my book budget that month so I borrowed it from the library.

Fantastic review, Ingrid! Reading it brought back some of the joy and excitement of reading the novel!

The story was quite a touching one that put into question everything most people say they would do if they found themselves in Roy and Celeste’s position. Anyone who read the book likely found themselves oddly satisfied with the ending because it accurately reflects the complexity of the situation and the fact that things don’t always work out the way we thought they would.

Exactly! It ended the way I wanted it to. Thanks, Harun!

Thank you for sharing this! I remember when the book came out, I thought maybe I’ll read it and then time passed and I lost interest. Your take on it, made it much more interesting to me than all the book club toots it received when it first debuted.

That’s what happened to me, but then Harun recommended it to me, and I spotted it at the library which to me was a double sign. You won’t regret reading it.

I’ve not read it yet but will add it to my mountain. I have to stop buying books for a while, it has become rather ridiculous!

Haha! I know what you mean! I’m forced to go to the library now because I’ve run out of book money 😂
