And All the Colours of the Dark is on my list, idk anything about it except something about a serial killer, so I’ll have to come back and read this after 🙂
Congratulations on your son's engagement! What a lovely place and way to propose. I haven't dipped into the audio fiction experience et. Like you I like to see the words, and also be able to stop and reflect without getting lost. I really enjoyed that Rom-Com on Netflix, but it was interesting afterwards to read about the problems some people had with it, and I can see why. Still I was happy to learn it was based on the writer's experience, falling in love with, converting, and marrying a Rabbi. and Chopin, yes, I could listen to him all day too!
How wonderful! Congratulations! I loved thinking about my dress❤️ That book sounds like it needs to be added to my pile. I’m listening to Wintering by Katherine May and it’s lovely. Beautifully read, too. I highly recommend! I think you will enjoy it.
Congratulations to your son and his fiancé, Ingrid.
I haven’t seen Nobody Wants This yet, and have been trying not to read too much about it, but it’s next on my list now I’ve finished Ludwig (BBC whodunnit starring David Mitchell and Anna Maxwell Martin), which I wasn’t expecting to enjoy as much as I did!
Hi Ingrid, I did try Nobody Wants This last night, but found it a bit cutesy for my mood. A bit formulaic in that polished way US dramas often tend to be. Not sure whether to carry on or not. Does it get harder edged?
Congrats to you on your son’s engagement. Also, wow 🤩 and hats off to you on Chopin. I love his music 🎵
Looking for a palette cleanser book. Been reading a YA series about teenage profilers and serial killers. Any recos in the warm, life affirming fiction category?

It’s long but it’s so good. Actually it was the perfect thriller for a non-thriller reader like me.
Congratulations to you and your family! This is such a special time in theirs and your life ❤️.
You keep selling me on nobody wants this! I need to watch it soon!
Thanks so much!! Let me know what you think about Nobody Wants This when you watch it. Season 2 has just been announced.

Thanks so much, Deborah! Yes, I think it’s really interesting to hear different viewpoints on the show. You learn so much! I certainly did!

Thanks, Francesca! Im going to check out Wintering. I love that time just after I finish a book when I get to pick my next one.
Loved your writeup of All the Colors of the Dark
Thanks, Sara. Have you read it? If yes, I’m curious what you think.
Congratulations to your son and his fiancé, Ingrid.

Thanks, Wendy! Let me know what you think once you’ve watched it. I’m going to check out Ludwig.

No, it doesn’t! It’s a good show for if you’re in the mood for something cutesy.
Ok, I will see how I feel! Thank you!
Mind you, Ludwig is not hard-edged. Just very charming!
Congratulations to your son!!
Thank you 😀

Thanks, Beth! Yes, I have a recommendation: Talking at Night by Claire Daverley. It’s a love story in the same vein as One Day.
